Changes in life are most important to live your life and It's possible to learn how to change your life and live your dreams.
I've made these important changes in my life for my better well-being whether that to be for my personal life, professional, or my sanity.
At some point in life, I understood that this was not what I wanted for myself and I'm not happy and just making others happy won't help me to my good state of the place.
Here are some of the changes I have made in my life
1. Healthy Lifestyle
What is lifestyle? for everyone lifestyle means may be different but for me lifestyle I wanted where I should make time for my work as well as things I love and most importantly for myself.
In past, my priority was only my work that somewhere hampered my relationships with people, my social life, and also my health because my routine mostly looks like getting up to the office and sleep.
But, I realized this is not what y life should be then I have made some positive and healthy changes in life like the morning routine, planning, self-care and family time.
And, believe me, this helped with so much mental peace and lifestyle building.
2. Becoming Morning Person
Mornings are beautiful gives lots of new perspective about life and make life easy from rushed life.
Having a well-defined morning routine including reading, journal, workout, meditation, etc. makes a positive difference.
3. Quit Party
2020 made me realized that I was never a party person and as INTJ-T, I love my own space and always loved my own company.
